Jeff Friedman is the Manager of Civic Innovation & Participation for the City of Philadelphia in the Office of Michael A. Nutter. Previously, Friedman was the City of Philadelphia’s Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer in the Division of Technology, and Deputy Director of Performance Management/Project Manager for Philly311 implementation for the City of Philadelphia in the Managing Director’s Office. Friedman earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Temple University.
